Before you enrol

Applicants must be at least 18, have suitable language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills, and have ongoing access to a computer, reliable internet, office software, webcam, microphone and video-recording capability.

After payment, applicants complete an LLND assessment and required enrolment details through the student onboarding portal. Course access is unlocked only after Manningham Institute reviews course suitability and the required enrolment steps are complete. Assessment activities may require role-play or simulation.

Completion of this qualification does not by itself guarantee employment, an Australian Credit Licence, credit representative status, aggregator appointment or industry association membership. Other industry requirements may apply.

Already hold FNS40821?

Valid previous study may be considered for Credit Transfer. Provide your qualification and Statement of Attainment during enrolment so Manningham Institute can assess applicable credit.

Can I complete the Diploma fully online?

Yes. The advertised study mode is 100% online and self-paced. You must still complete all required assessment activities, including any recorded role-play or simulation tasks.

When can I start?

You can apply and pay online at any time. Your course will be unlocked after you complete the LLND assessment and required enrolment details, and Manningham Institute confirms that the course is suitable for you.

How much does it cost?

The current course fee is A$899 as a one-off payment (previously A$1,499). No instalment plan is offered.

Do I need Certificate IV first?

The national qualification has no formal prerequisite. However, individual employers, aggregators, associations and industry pathways may have their own expectations. Students who already hold relevant units may be considered for Credit Transfer.

Does the Diploma automatically allow me to operate as a mortgage broker?

No. Licensing, authorisation, mentoring, association, aggregator and other industry requirements may also apply.
