How is the course delivered?

What are the entry requirements?
The qualification has no formal entry requirements. Manningham Institute requires applicants to:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have access to a computer or laptop and a reliable internet connection
- Have access to a web browser, email, office software, PDF reader, webcam, microphone and speakers or a headset
- Have the basic computer skills needed for online or blended study
Language, literacy and numeracy
Applicants complete a pre-enrolment language, literacy and numeracy assessment. Applicants should be able to:
- Prepare clear reports and presentations using a logical structure
- Apply technical knowledge and work independently
- Use judgement when completing routine business and administrative activities
Applicants who need additional language, literacy or numeracy support may still be enrolled where the trainer and assessor approves suitable support arrangements.

What are the qualification pathways?
After completing BSB40120, graduates may consider BSB50120 Diploma of Business or other business and management qualifications, subject to entry requirements. Credit transfer may be available for equivalent units.
Is Recognition of Prior Learning available?
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) may be available if your previous study, work experience or other learning demonstrates the required competencies. Manningham Institute will assess RPL applications in line with its RPL Policy and Procedure.
